🔴⚫ A Historic Day for St. Joseph's FC Under 19s ⚫🔴

This weekend marked a landmark occasion in the history of St. Joseph's FC as our newly formed Under 19s side took to the field for their very first competitive fixture. The game represented another major step forward in the growth and development of our club, creating an important pathway for young players to continue their football journey in the red and black.

The squad features a blend of familiar faces and exciting new talent. We were delighted to welcome back several players who previously played key roles in our successful FAI Cup-winning team, while also introducing a number of new additions who are already making a positive impact both on and off the pitch.

The team made the trip to Ballymahon for their opening game and produced a performance to remember. Playing with confidence, energy and attacking flair, the lads announced their arrival in style with an outstanding 10-2 victory. It was a result that reflected the hard work and commitment shown by the players and coaching staff since coming together as a group.

While the scoreline was certainly impressive, the significance of the day goes far beyond the result itself. The launch of our Under 19s team is another important milestone for St. Joseph's FC as we continue to strengthen opportunities for local players and build for the future of the club.
